blustery winter weather. We have been listening to your
comments, suggestions and feedback and have been working hard to
make changes in our booking systems, website information, adding
additional shore excursions, guided tours and ports of call. Our
goal is always to provide the best tours, information and

Booking a Tour Just Got Easier! |
 |
|
We recently revamped our booking system to make it
much easier to book on line. All you need to do is select
the tour or shore excursion you want, select the
button and we'll do the rest. Once we receive your booking
information we confirm your seats and send you an eTicket
(voucher) for your convenience. Our turn around time is
quick and all you need to do is print out your information
to take with you.
Unlike some other companies we check and double check
your itinerary, schedule and timing to make sure everything
works for your day in port or your time in each town. If
you're arriving by cruise ship we make sure your schedule
allows for everything you want to do!
You're always welcome to call us on the phone for
information, travel assistance and friendly advice about
your travel plans. We're available 7 days a week from 8 AM
to 6 PM Pacific Time. Use our toll free number from the USA
866-298-6287 or from other countries call 360-757-3700 and
ask for a Travel Specialist.

Bear Viewing 101
|
|
|
|
Wildlife viewing is one of the main reasons many
people travel to Alaska. Bear watching is by far one of our
most popular asked about & booked excursions.
Although you may see a bear while traveling through
Alaska, if you don't want to leave it to chance, you will
need to investigate a guided tour to places where bears
gather historically. Some of these locations require permits
during certain peak times - and there are day trips as well
as multi day trips. Planning your time and itinerary will
need to coincide with bear activitiy in each location - so
it is critical that you plan your Alaska travel during the
best viewing times. This also means booking well in advance
to guarantee permits if they are required.
So many times we receive calls from travelers who have
already booked a cruise to Alaska and they tell us they must
see bears - only to find out that their cruise timing does
not coincide with bear viewing. If bear viewing is critical
to your Alaska experience, check out the bear tour first and
then book your travel plans.
