First go to our
SHORE EXCURSION
page and select the port or town where you will be taking your tour.

Click on the photo or
the name of the town.

Once you have
selected the town, you will see a menu of various tours listed in the
center of the webpage. There will be a small photo and a short
description of each tour offered.

At then end of the
description there will be a link marked MORE /
ADD TO CART. Click on this link and you will see the main
description of the tour.

On the far right
column you will see the
link. Simply click on this link and it will take you to the shopping
cart.

If you want to add
more tours to your shopping cart you may do so until you are ready to
check out.

When checking out
fill out the form with the requested information. Please be sure to give
us the names and weights of all passengers when you are booking any of
the flightseeing or helicopter tours.
Your credit card will
not be charged until we confirm your tour and make sure there is
availability for the time you have requested on the date you have
requested. We also double check your cruise ship's arrival and departure
times. Our general rule of thumb is to give you approximately 1 hour to
disembark and get you back to you ship 1 hour prior to the scheduled
departure. There may be some exceptions depending on the tour.

We know that if
you have an enjoyable time and get a good value you'll be back-with us and
tell your friends. With information such as your budget, the time you have
available and activities you would prefer, we can make plenty of
suggestions for places to go and things to do whether you book with us or
not.
Once you've decided on your tours, we'll need a minimum 50% deposit for
most trips and 100% on a few. The balance is due 30 days before the start
of your tour or before your cruise ship sails. In some cases it may be
possible to book with less than 30 days notice. When reservations are made
with less than 30 days notice full payment is due at the time of booking.
If you're going to use a credit card, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American
Express or Discover.

Once you have booked your trip, we'll send you an email confirmation / Trip
Planner listing the ports of call for your reservation, times,
meeting instructions and any other necessary information you will need.
We will email you a copy of all your documents including receipts and
invoices with detailed itemization of your charges.

All trips are reserved upon receipt of a minimum
of a 50% deposit which may be made by credit card, check, money order or
PayPal. |

All trips must be paid for 100% prior to your
ship's departure unless special arrangements have been made. |

All prices subject to change without notice. |
 |
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if you give us at least eleven (11) days
prior notice (NOT INCLUDING DAY OF TRIP). 10 days outbound
(NOT INCLUDING DAY OF TRIP), your excursion becomes
non-refundable. For example, if your trip is July 19th and you
cancel on the 8th, you would receive a refund; if you cancelled on the
9th, you would not. Some exceptions may apply and will be noted on the
web page for applicable tours. |

You will
receive a full refund if:

Your cruise
ship arrives too late for your excursion to take place and we are
unable to reschedule you. |
 |
Your cruise
ship changes a scheduled stop. You are responsible for informing
us if this happens. |
 |
The tour
operator cancels the trip. All trips run rain or shine, unless
conditions warrant cancellation (we don't want you to be
disappointed, but sometimes conditions require a cancellation). Safety
is always the most important factor! |
Should any
of the above occur, you must notify us within twelve (12) days of the
excursion date to receive your refund. |

We highly
recommend travel insurance to cover any illness, injury or other
unforeseen incident that may occur during your cruise and prevent you
from completing your shore excursion. |

No refund will
be issued for no-shows or if you arrive late for
an appointed time and the cruise ship is not late in arrival. Many trips
are on a specific schedule and can not wait for passengers who are late
causing delays. |

and accommodated on space availability and must be paid in full at the
time of the reservation. |
